To begin the refund process:
1) Complete the Refund Request Form
2) You will be contacted by our Customer Service team to complete the process.
We offer such a stellar refund policy because we truly believe in our products and want our customers to give them an honest and fair shot. Refund requests will not be processed earlier than two weeks after the product has been delivered.
Per our Refund Policy, we require the return of any unused product (not including “entry-level” amounts) to receive a full refund. Empty bottles and damaged items (that have not been previously disclosed to Onnit) will not be eligible for a refund. Fitness Equipment may be eligible for return for store credit.
Note: Onnit’s return window is 90 days (3 months) from the date of original purchase. Outside of 90 days, your request may only qualify for store credit at the discretion of Customer Service. Please reach out to customer service for further assistance or additional questions before returning any item(s).
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive a return, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post, which is dependent on the original payment source.
You can expect an email once your return has been received and processed.
We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to leave satisfied, so if something’s not exactly right for you, we’ve got you covered. Applicable items purchased on Onnit.com can be returned within 90-days of the initial purchase date, and anything outside the 90-day period may qualify for store credit. Returning supplements must be at least half full to qualify for a full product refund. Anything less may qualify for store credit at Onnit’s discretion when received.
Please contact customer service prior to sending any product back for a return, replacement, or exchange by using our Refund Request Form. With your request, please include some additional feedback regarding the item so we fully understand why it wasn’t a fit for you. Don’t be shy; your experience and privacy are important to us!

Please allow for 30-days use to see intended results from the following products. After the 30-days if you do not feel that you’ve experienced the desired results, at that point you may contact us for a refund. Requests made within the initial 30-days will require return for a refund.
2) Food items:
We completely understand how important personal preference is when it comes to food. If dissatisfied with any one of our Onnit food products, please return the remainder of the product for a refund. Partial refunds may be granted for some containers.

Fitness Equipment and Digital Items:

Certifications:
Online Certifications are eligible for a refund within seven (7) days of purchase.
